The company says it is targeting managed service providers throughout the U.S. for acquisition, and is looking to open offices in Chicago, Denver, Seattle, Los Angeles, Orlando and New York by 2020.
The company’s two most recent acquisitions are Indianapolis-based Dodson Group and Ohio-based ADS Solutions.
“Both of these businesses are natural fits for our portfolio and provide our executive teams an opportunity to step through our processes for M&A transactions and operational efficiencies,” Josh Ross, AxiaTP Holdings Chairman of the Board said in a news release. “Our goal with AxiaTP is to become the largest MSP in the nation, and we are poised to make that a reality as we seek to acquire MSPs in the $10-15 million annual revenue range.”
The company said there will be no negative impact where employees are concerned and that AxiaTP is currently in the process of adding to its leadership team. The company is looking to hire a controller and vice president of sales as well as more technical staff.
In addition to the expansion and growth plans, AxiaTP has appointed a new CEO, Roger Veach.
