A statewide organization that represents some 8,100 certified personal accountants has honored its annual award winners. The Indiana CPA Society recognized recipients in seven categories including its highest honor, the Distinguished Service Award.
The awards were handed out during the May 13 CPA Celebration.
The 2016 winners are:
Distinguished Service Award – Mark Hildebrand, retired CEO, Crowe Horwath LLP in Indianapolis
Chair’s Award – Bettie Caldwell, director of finance, IU Health Ball Memorial in Muncie
Outstanding Educator Award – Kent Williams, associate professor of business, Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion

Outstanding CPA in Public Practice Award – Trudy Stock, president and chief executive officer, Harding, Shymanski & Co. in Evansville
