By Mary Roberts, Writer/Reporter

Indianapolis-based August Mack Environmental Inc. has acquired Pennsylvania-based Comstock Environmental, a EH&S consulting firm serving the Greater Philadelphia area. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

August Mack is a full-service EH&S consulting firm that offers regulatory compliance, environmental due diligence, and remediation services.

August Mack, which has operated an office in Lancaster, Pennsylvania for more than 20 years, says the acquisition will allow it to further support the EH&S needs of Philadelphia. It will also expand August Mack’s capabilities to support new clients.

Comstock Environmental has served the Philadelphia area for more than 11 years. The firm provides waste management, remediation, and storage tank services to private and municipal clients.
