Attorney General to Detail Opioid Suit

Indiana Attorney General Curtis Hill will Tuesday be joined by members of his Complex Litigation Team to announce a new lawsuit. Few details are available, however Hill’s office says the lawsuit is related to opioids.

The announcement is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. at the Attorney General’s office at the Indiana Statehouse.

It will not be the first time Hill has taken legal action as a result of the opioid crisis. In November, Hill filed suit against Connecticut-based Purdue Pharma, the maker of opioid products including OxyContin.
