Attorney General Ordered to Pay Expenses

The Indiana Supreme Court has ordered Attorney General Curtis Hills to pay $19,000 for expenses stemming from his disciplinary case, according to our partners at WIBC.
He had been accused of allegedly groping a state lawmaker and three other women during a party in 2018. Hill has repeatedly denied the claims.
Hill’s law license was suspended for 30 days this summer.
The order directs Hill to pay a total of $19,068.54. WIBC says most of the money goes to former Supreme Court Justice Myra Selby who worked as the case’s hearing officer.
Hill lost his bid for reelection to former U.S. Representative Todd Rokita during the spring primary. Rokita will take Hill’s place as Attorney General in January.
