Attorney Douglas Gallagher has joined SmithAmundsen’s Intellectual Property Practice Group in Indianapolis. Prior to practicing law, Gallagher was a test pilot and carrier-based fighter pilot in the U.S. Navy where he lead and managed test teams and created training standards for all Navy jet training bases. In his new role, he will assist clients with patent, trademark, trade secret and copy right issues in various industries including the: medical, aviation, automotive, manufacturing, sports and telecommunication fields.
