AT&T Expands 4G LTE to Huntington

The company says the five cell towers will provide the high-speed, wireless technology throughout the northeast Indiana city and surrounding areas.
State Representative Dan Leonard (R-50) says having fast mobile Internet is key to economic development and job creation. He says the investment is "tremendous news for northeast Indiana, and we appreciate that the company continues to be a great partner in our community and business growth efforts."
AT&T says it invested nearly $2 billion in its wired and wireless networks in Indiana between 2012 and 2014. The company says the upgrades have focused on improving reliability, coverage, speed and performance for residential and business customers.
