AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) has upgraded its service in northeast Indiana. The company has enhanced five cell towers in Albion, Churubusco, Warsaw and Wolcottville with extra capacity for its 4G LTE service.
The upgrades are a continuation of AT&T’s work to enhance wireless service throughout Indiana. Earlier this year, the company installed its 4G LTE service on three cell towers in Noble County, including Albion.
"Whether you’re visiting our beautiful communities, or doing business here, this technology enhancement is certainly welcome," said State Rep. David Ober (R-82). "Fast internet speeds are important to all that we do, and we appreciate AT&T’s continued investments in Northeast Indiana, and across the state."
Last month, AT&T touted the upgrades of more than a dozen cell towers in Fort Wayne.
