AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) has announced upgrades to cell towers in Hendricks and Boone counties. The company says the towers have received extra 4G LTE capacity, giving more reliable service to customers.

The enhanced towers are located near U.S. 36 and State Road 267 in Avon and near U.S. 136 and North County Road 550 East in Brownsburg. The upgrades come in addition to the 14 towers in Hendricks County and eight towers in Boone County which received enhancements in 2016.

"Improved technology and communication is immensely important to Hendricks County’s quality of life and business capabilities," said Hendricks County Economic Development Partnership Executive Director Jeff Pipkin. "These investments in service upgrades continue to strengthen our county’s ability to grow."
