Atlas World Group Acquires Pennsylvania Company

Evansville-based Atlas World Group Inc has acquired Pennsylvania-based Champion International Moving, Ltd. Atlas says the deal marks the largest acquisition in company history.  

Champion is a "household goods forwarder that serves corporate customers, relocation management companies, federal government agencies and a small group of agents internationally."

The deal marks Champion as Atlas World Group’s ninth subsidiary, and the company will maintain its name and leadership team throughout the transition. Additionally, Champion will operate independently.
