Evansville-based Atlas Logistics Inc., has acquired home delivery network TopHAT Logistical Solutions in Wisconsin. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
TopHAT is a $50 million full service logistics company that specializes in retail home delivery.
Atlas is gaining expanded services and the ability to capitalize on a new market. TopHAT specializes in delivery, transportation and warehousing operations for many leading retailers, which will further Atlas’ company base. Officials say there will also be opportunities for the Atlas agency network to offer warehousing, final mile delivery and labor services to TopHAT.
