Noblesville-based Aspire Indiana Health has hired Huma Hosain as a child/adolescent psychiatrist.  She will practice at the nonprofit health organization’s clinics in Carmel and Lebanon. She previously served as child psychiatry chief resident at Riley Hospital for Children.

Hosain will treat the pediatric population with their mental health needs, including medication assistance and psychoeducation in conjunction with a therapist. She earned her bachelor’s degree at the Georgia Institute of Technology and her D.O. from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Hosain received a certification in population health and health equity from the University of Michigan and served her medical residency in general psychiatry at the Detroit Wayne County Health Authority/Michigan State University. She also served as a clinic instructor of psychopathology at MSU.
