Ash Brokerage says its move into the $100 million Ash Skyline Plaza in downtown Fort Wayne is complete. The company is housing 250 employees in the development, which is a public-private partnership with the city of Fort Wayne.
According to the company’s website, crews are still putting finishing touches on the building. Work also continues on Skyline Park, a rooftop green space scheduled to be complete by the end of June.
In February, Indianapolis-based Barnes & Thornburg signed on as a long-term tenant in the Ash Skyline Plaza. The law firm says 30 employees will work in the Fort Wayne office. The following month, Fort Wayne-based corporate tax consulting firm DuCharme, McMillen & Associates Inc. announced plans to invest $2.5 million into a sixth floor office in the development. At the time, the firm said it would double its work force of about 50 over the next four years. Other commercial occupants include Lake City Bank, DeBrand Fine Chocolates, an executive branch of the Fort Wayne YMCA, The Golden restaurant and The Find.
