Arterra Names New President

The RV division of Elkhart-based WFCO Group has named a new president. Rich Dotson joins Arterra Distribution after previously serving as general manager for Industrial Finishes and Systems Inc. in Elkhart.

Arterra says Dotson has a proven track record of growth and will be responsible for driving the company to the next level. Before joining Industrial Finishes and Systems, Dotson served as a sales manager for Elkhart-based Patrick Industries Inc. (Nasdaq: PATK). 

"Having Rich join our team opens up a lot of new opportunities for us," says Jack Cheng, chief executive officer of Arterra Distribution. "His experience in the industry and leadership skills will certainly help us grow upon the foundation and momentum achieved by our current team."

Dotson says he hopes to help cement Arterra’s reputation as a provider of "industry-leading innovation in RV power conversion solutions."
