Elkhart-based Arterra Distribution, the RV division of the WFCO Group, has appointed Rich Dotson president. He previously served as general manager for Industrial Finishes and Systems Inc. Dotson brings more than 20 years of experience in the RV industry to the Arterra team, and has served at the executive level for several companies throughout his career. He will be responsible for driving Arterra to the next level. In addition to his 20 years in the RV industry, Dotson brings a total of 30 years of sales and marketing background to his new role, as well as a proven track record of growth.
