The Arc of Indiana Foundation has named Mark Bauer director of major gifts. He most recently completed more than 13 years as president and chief operating officer of the Lambda Chi Alpha Educational Foundation.

Bauer brings more than 25 years experience in lead fundraising roles, ranging from community-based and international non-profits, to major universities, hospitals and state government.
