Apparel Distribution Center to Open in Whitestown
A logistics company that specializes in the distribution of premium, global apparel is making plans to open a facility in Whitestown.
The Boone County Economic Development Corp. says Style Link Logistics LLC plans to invest $3.5 million to open a distribution center and employ up to 500 workers.
Officials say the center will provide returns-processing and fulfillment services for China-based fashion retailer Shein and several other brands.
The company plans to open the facility in an existing warehouse east of Interstate 65 and north of Meadowview Drive in Whitestown.
“Whitestown continues to be a must-locate destination for many growing, name brand companies. With our ideal location to I-65, diverse workforce, and expansive growth opportunities, Boone County continues to be an ideal place to grow a business and Whitestown is a reflection of that,” said Boone EDC Executive Director Molly Whitehead.
