Construction on a $20 million apartment complex in Fort Wayne is underway. The more than 200-unit Canal Flats is designed for young professionals.

The Indianapolis-based Kendall Property Group-led development is set to be complete in September. It consists of 19, three-story buildings located near the Lutheran Health campus in the Aboite Township suburb.
