Jill Olds has been named senior vice president of Aon’s Indianapolis office. She previously led the design, implementation and administration of the employee benefits programs at Cummins Inc., including healthcare and wellness strategy, onsite health clinics and employee communications. Olds earned a bachelor of science degree in business management from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is responsible for empowering results for businesses by delivering innovative and effective solutions to support employer health strategies and address complex employee health and benefit issues.
