Rob Martinson has been promoted to chief investment officer at Annex Student Living. From 2013 until his promotion, Martinson was vice president of development for the company. Annex Student Living is an Indianapolis-based student housing developer with a portfolio of apartment  communities valued at more than $70 million with assets projected to grow in excess of $150 million by 2016.
