The Annex Group has promoted Ryan Clark (pictured) to vice president of development. He previously served as director of development. In his role, he will lead the development effort for new student and affordable housing opportunities. 

Also, Adam Reedy has been promoted to vice president of construction services. He most recently served as director of construction. Reedy is responsible for both the preconstruction management and third-party management of projects. 

John Whitley has been named vice president of construction operations. He previously served as project manager. In this role, Whitley will ensure all policies and procedures are in place and appropriate staffing occurs for each project while being responsible for the successful delivery of projects.

David Wesner (pictured) has been appointed development manager. He most recently served as a development associate, Wesner works to find, underwrite and project manage land sites across the country.
