Angie’s List has appointed Vince Jackson vice president of care. He previously was vice president of provider service at United Healthcare and held leadership roles in his 13 years at Humana. Jackson will be responsible for helping move the company from a traditional call center to a web-based, self-service organization. He will lead the execution of all customer care operations, improving processes and increasing overall efficiency.
