The Indiana Bankers Association has inducted Theda Anderson into its Forty Year Club. She serves as loan operations manager for Frankfort-based The Farmers Bank. Anderson began her career in 1980 at United Bank in Marion. She attended The University of Indianapolis and holds a Credit Professionals International Certification.
