An Anderson-based company has acquired a pair out-of-state restaurants. Our partners at The Herald Bulletin report Ultra Steak Inc. now owns Aspen Creek, which has locations in Kentucky and Texas. As part of the deal, Ultra Steak has exchanged two Texas Roadhouse locations in Ohio.

The restaurant management company still owns a Texas Roadhouse in Anderson.

Ultra Steak had been the owner of the Ohio locations for more than a decade.
