AmeriPlex at the Port Building Adds Tenants

A new building at the AmeriPlex at the Port business park in Portage will soon add two new tenants. South Bend-based Holladay Properties says Dream Big Gymnastics and Indianapolis-based Johnson Brothers of Indiana will occupy a total of 20,000 square feet in The Diversey Building.
Johnson Brothers, a wholesale wine and liquor distributor, will use its 5,600 square feet of space to store and distribute alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. Meanwhile, Dream Big Gymnastics is moving from its current space in the business park to the larger space inside The Diversey Building in order to expand operations and offer gymnastics classes.
The nearly 53,000-square-foot building is now 82% occupied with two spaces totaling 9,700 square feet available for lease.
Holladay Properties did not disclose the companies’ financial investment in their new locations. It is also not clear if any jobs will be created as a result of the moves. Inside INdiana Business has reached out for more information, but has not yet received a response.
