‘America’s Top Colleges’ Includes Indiana Schools

The Forbes rankings, which have the University of Notre Dame at the top of the list in Indiana, consider factors that it says measure "the direct benefits schools provide their graduates." Notre Dame ranks 21st overall and DePauw University is 98th.
The list includes metrics about alumni salaries, debt after graduation, retention and graduation rates. It leaves out considerations like acceptance rates and the SAT scores of admitted students.
In all, 19 schools from Indiana made this year’s rankings. They are:
