She has more than 20 years of experience. Bennett previously served as director of operations and facilities for the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra. She started her career there as the president’s assistant. In her tenure, Bennett was responsible for arts production and the concert experience, and managed an annual production budget of $2.5 million. She received a masters of public affairs with a specialization in nonprofit management from Indiana University.
