The Geomorphology Specialty Group of the American Association of Geographers has honored Jon Harbor with its Melvin G. Marcus Distinguished Career Award for 2022. He is provost of Purdue University Global. Harbor holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cambridge, a master’s degree from the University of Colorado and PhD from the University of Washington.
