Alpha Chi Omega has named Kathleen Gaffin chief executive officer. She previously served as a membership development coordinator and collegiate leadership consultant. Gaffin also served with BMWC Constructors Inc., most recently as vice president of human resources. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University and her master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in leadership from Falls School of Business at Anderson University.
