Allison Transmission Names Senior VP

Allison Transmission Holdings Inc. has appointed John Coll senior vice president of global marketing, sales and service. He previously served as vice president of sales and marketing at Gerdau Ameristeel U.S. He also served for 14 years at Eaton Corp. in various executive positions, most recently as vice president of global marketing for the vehicle group. Coll has more than three decades of sales and marketing expertise, with significant executive and senior-level leadership experience at a number of leading industrial and commercial vehicle companies. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from West Virginia University, and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
