Allison Transmission Holdings Inc. has appointed Judy Altmaier to its board of directors. She will also serve as a member of the board’s audit committee. Her term will expire at the 2019 annual stockholders meeting. She served as president of Exmark Manufacturing from 2013 till her retirement this January. She also served as a vice president at The Toro Co. from 2009-2013. Before joining Toro, Altmaier spent more than 25 years with Eaton Corp., holding positions including vice president of operations.
