California-based Allied Universal, a security and facility services company, is looking to hire more than 50 security professionals in Indianapolis. The company is holding an open house hiring event on Wednesday. The company will also hold additional hiring events on April 7, 14, 21 and 28.
Talent Acquisitions Specialist Stacey Aitkens says the company is recruiting for all shifts and for all levels of experience. The hiring event will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the company’s regional offices in Indy.
“Our clients, and the public at large, rely on us to keep our communities and businesses safe and secure especially during these challenging times,” said Steve Jones, chairman and chief executive officer of Allied Universal. “Our security professionals play a pivotal part ensuring facilities can continue business as usual and other businesses that had to close, can rest assured that their assets will remain protected.”
In addition to in-person interviews, the company says its virtual interview process allows applicants to complete its online application from home through video interviewing technology.
“Our #1 priority is to keep our employees safe and healthy in the workplace,” said Jones. “We have a dedicated safety team constantly monitoring all COVID-19 developments ensuring we continuously educate our employees to understand and follow the CDC guidelines.”
