Hundreds of Jobs Coming to Carmel

Allied Solutions LLC in Carmel is planning to add more than 600 jobs over the next decade. The subsidiary of Minnesota-based Securian Financial Group will locate to a new $33 million company headquarters in the Hamilton County city. The additional space will more than double Allied Solutions’ work force and physical presence in Carmel.
Construction is set to begin in May. The financial services company currently employs 420 Hoosiers and has 17 offices throughout the country.
President Pete Hilger says "Indiana is our home. I raised my family here and our company has thrived here for almost 20 years. We’ve become what we are today because of the hard work and energy of our people. There’s a great work ethic, which make for loyal employees dedicated to a common goal. The investments made in the Carmel area make it a great place to operate our business."
The city of Carmel is home to more than 75 company headquarters. Mayor Jim Brainard says "today we celebrate in Carmel two things; the success and expansion of one of our corporate partners and the bright future for development in the Midtown redevelopment area. Both announcements are endorsements of our economic development efforts, which include investing in our infrastructure and encouraging sustainable and walkable environments. We look forward to watching both Allied Solutions and Midtown grow in the future."
Allied Solutions provides over 100 products and services for financial institutions. The company will receive up to $4,000,000 in conditional incentives from the Indiana Economic Development Corp. The company was created in 2001 through a merger of the Eldredge Corp. and FLS Services, which both date back to the late-1970s.
President Pete Hilger says the company chose to expand in Carmel over multiple communities.
