Muncie-based Alliance For Strategic Growth Inc. has promoted Stephanie Clawson to senior manager of strategic initiatives and Denny Cochran to senior manager of employer engagement. Clawson will oversee the daily functions of the strategic initiatives team, as well as manage the implementation of employer, stakeholder, and partner engagement strategies. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hanover College and a K-12 Teaching Certificate from Ball State University. Clawson previously served as strategic initiatives manager. Cochran will manage the employer engagement team which interacts with area employers to determine their workforce needs and then develops strategy to deliver talented personnel. He previously served as a member of the employer engagement team. Cochran has also served in executive leadership roles in both the public and private sectors.
