Muncie-based Alliance For Strategic Growth Inc. has made several promotions: Karen Bailey to vice president of workforce operations; Lyndsey Hellems to vice president of strategic initiatives; Gus Linde to vice president of workforce strategy and Lisa Price to director of workforce operations. The firm also named Heather Flannigan, Shauna Jester and Darren Roberts as workforce services managers. Also, Stephanie Swan has been promoted to strategic initiatives manager.
