Alliance for Strategic Growth Inc. has appointed: Denny Cochran, Tod Howard and Jocelyn Wiegand managers of employer engagement. Cochran previously served in executive leadership roles in both the public and private sectors. Howard previously served as WorkOne manager in Blackford, Jay and Randolph Counties. Howard holds an undergraduate degree from Ball State University. Wiegand previously served as local veterans employment representative and re-employment services coordinator with the Indiana Department of Workforce Development. She is a member of the Indiana National Guard, where she holds the rank of Sergeant. Also, CJ Hutchison has been promoted to manager of corporate services. He previously served as a business services representative, and has worked in management with 2 large retail firms. Hutchison has also served as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army Military Police.
