Indianapolis-based Alerding CPA Group has promoted Tracie Delph (pictured) to entrepreneurial services supervisor and Tyler Kleinschmidt (pictured) and Justin Schwartz to audit seniors. The firm also appointed Kathryn Hartman and Hannah Medler staff accountants. Delph specializes in assisting clients with QuickBooks set-up, compilation, tax and consulting services for closely-held businesses. She joined the firm in 2011. Kleinschmidt and Schwartz will oversee fieldwork audits, reviews and compilations as well as facilitating client/firm relationships and training new staff. Kleinschmidt is a graduate of Marian University and joined the firm in 2012. Schwartz joined the firm in 2013 and graduated from Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois. Hartman will assist the tax department with the preparation of individual, corporate and partnership tax returns in addition to developing client relationships. Medler’s responsibilities include supporting the Audit Department during fieldwork for audits, reviews and compilations. She is a 2016 graduate of Ball State University.
