Continuing international business growth is prompting an Indiana advertising and marketing communications agency to join a global network. Zionsville-based Miller Brooks Inc. says it has been accepted for membership by global independent agency network ICOM. News Release

ZIONSVILLE, Ind. – ICOM, a leading global network of independent advertising and marketing communications agencies, has approved Miller Brooks, Zionsville, Ind., for membership.

Founded in 1983, Miller Brooks, based in the greater Indianapolis area, is one of the largest full-service agencies in its market, providing local, national and international clients with marketing and branding services. The agency has 35 full-time employees. Among the agency’s clients are Beckman Coulter life sciences products, CertainTeed building products, Clark Dietrich building products, Delta Faucet Co., Maytag commercial laundry products and Rinnai appliances.

Miller Brooks President Barbara Wentworth said the agency wanted to become part of an independent network because its work outside the U.S. continues to grow. “Our global work is expanding, and we need access and information related to other markets around the world. We want partners who can offer feet on the street in different countries,” she said.

ICOM offers the broadest geographic coverage of any network of independent advertising and marketing communications agencies through more than 90 member agencies in 65-plus countries.

“We are dedicated to helping companies build and enhance their brands and expand their business through creative solutions and content-driven marketing, media and public relations activities. We take an integrated approach; we are a place where strategy, creative, interactive, media and PR merge, giving rise to ideas that build stronger brands,” Ms. Wentworth said.

ICOM Managing Director Gary Burandt said Miller Brooks is a valuable addition to ICOM. “The agency shares the values, goals and philosophy of our membership, agencies that want to remain independent while offering global services through established relationships,” he said.
