AgriNovus Indiana has added three to its board of directors. Chief Executive Officer Beth Bechdol says the new board members represent a diverse mix of backgrounds and industries within the agbiosciences sector.
The new board members are Italy-based Italpollina Chief Executive Officer Luca Bonini, Columbia City-based MicroPulse Inc. CEO and Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership board representative Brian Emerick and Susan Wasson, crop protection business platform president of Corteva Agriscience, the DowDuPont agriculture division.
Bechdol says the new additions exemplify "the commitment of global innovators and local and regional economic development organizations to growing the Indiana agbioscience sector. Italpollina, a global leader in the biostimulant industry, has made Indiana home to its latest production and research facilities. The regional economic development initiative from northeast Indiana recognizes the critical strategic opportunities to grow business and talent in their communities. And, we welcome an outstanding new representative from one of our founding investors and partners, Corteva Agriscience.”
