Joe Breedlove (pictured) has retired from the Indiana State AFL-CIO. He has served the organization for more than 13 years as secretary treasurer. Breedlove is a graduate of Lebanon Senior High School. The organization’s executive board has appointed Shawn Christ to take Breedlove’s place. Christ will remain serving as business representative for IBEW local 481 and as president of the Hoosier Heartland Area Labor Federation and Central Labor Council.
