The American College of Transportation Attorneys has elected Michael Langford chairman. He serves as a partner at Scopelitis, Gavin, Light, Hanson & Feary in Indianapolis. He began his career in transportation law over 25 years ago when he joined the firm as an associate after graduating from Indiana University’s Mauer School of Law, where he received several awards during his time as a law student.
