Columbia City-based 80/20 Inc. has promoted Patrick Buesching to chief executive officer. He previously served as chief operating officer and brings more than two decades of leadership experience.

Buesching is active in his community and serves on several boards, including Leadership Whitley County, Northeast Indiana Public Radio and Ivy Tech Community College. He earned his bachelor’s degree in public affairs and management from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration from Taylor University.
