The 500 Festival has promoted Glenn Amos (pictured) to program and event director. He is responsible for the operations and production of several of the 500 Festival’s marquee events including, the OneAmerica 500 Festival Mini-Marathon, the 500 Festival Memorial Service, presented by Rolls-Royce and the 500 Festival Miler Series, presented by OrthoIndy. Amos also oversees the 500 Festival’s warehouse operations. He joined the 500 Festival staff full-time in 2014 and had previously served as a seasonal logistics coordinator for the 500 Festival. Amos is a graduate of Indiana State University.

Sara Adams (pictured) has been promoted to senior program and event manager. She is responsible for the operations and production of the 500 Festival Post Race Party, the 500 Festival Breakfast at the Brickyard, presented by Midwestern Engineers Inc., the KeyBank 500 Festival Snakepit Ball and a number of special projects including events for the 500 Festival Corporate Member Program, presented by Fifth Third Bank and the OneAmerica 500 Festival Mini-Marathon Course Entertainment Program. Adams joined the 500 Festival staff in 2014 and is a former 500 Festival Intern. She is a graduate of IUPUI.

Also, Erika Miller has transitioned to the role of coordinator – registrations, ticket sales and customer service. In this position, she will manage the 500 Festival’s ticketing and registration systems as well as lead the organization’s customer service program. Miller will also manage select vendor accounts and group sales for various events, including the Employee Wellness Challenge for the OneAmerica 500 Festival Mini-Marathon and 500 Festival 5K. She joined the 500 Festival staff in 2017 and is a previous 500 Festival intern. Miller received her bachelor’s degree in sport management from IUPUI.
