$40M River District Project to Break Ground

$40M River District Project to Break Ground Martin's Super Market will have a new location in the River Point West neighborhood as part of the project.

A new $40 million mixed-use neighborhood center in the River District of Elkhart is slated to break ground Tuesday. River Point West will include a Martin’s Super Markets store, 172 apartments and an additional 6,000 square feet of retail space. 

The event includes comments from officials involved in the project and will kick off at 11 a.m. at 555 East Jackson Street.

  • Brad Toothaker, managing  partner, Great Lakes Capital
  • Amy McClellan, SVP, Martin’s Super Markets and Division VP, Retail, SpartanNash
