21st Amendment Inc. has promoted Lou Anne Brennan to president. Jim James, who founded the company 47 years ago, will remain chief executive officer and director of its board of directors. Brennan joined the company in 1984, as controller, and most recently served as chief financial officer. She holds an Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University and an Master of Business Administration degree from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
