2025 ‘Best Places to Work in Indiana’ honorees unveiled

The Indiana Chamber of Commerce on Monday revealed the honorees for this year’s Best Places to Work in Indiana. A total of 150 Hoosier businesses made the list this year, representing more than 30 Hoosier cities and towns and employing between 15 and 1,336 employees.
The companies that made the list were determined based on employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys.
“We all recognize that currently there is intense competition for talent. This program is a great way for organizations to take the temperature of their culture and how it’s resonating with today’s workers,” Indiana Chamber CEO Vanessa Green Sinders said in a news release. “Companies on the right cultural track also are much more likely to be effective across the board and have increased productivity and overall success.”
The winners are split among five categories: small companies (15 to 34 U.S. employees); small-medium companies (35-74 employees); medium companies (75-249 employees); large companies (250-999 employees); and major companies (1,000 or more employees).
This is the first year for the small-medium companies category. The chamber said the decision to split the small category into two groups was made after the number of smaller companies applying and making the list continued to grow in recent years.
Sinders said the move “better reflects the interest in the program, the prevalence of small businesses across the state and how the Indiana Chamber wants to champion the sector.”
Out-of-state parent companies were eligible to participate as long as they had at least 15 full-time employees in Indiana.
A ranking of the companies will be unveiled during an awards event on April 30. The full list of the 2024 Best Places to Work in Indiana is:
