South Bend-based 1st Source Bank has promoted Shelli Alexander (pictured) to regional president of the central region. She previously served as senior vice president and manager of business banking and solar financing. Also, Kevin Murphy has been promoted to group head of information technology, marketing and digital strategy.

The bank has also announced role changes for the following:

• John Griffith – expanding role to oversee wealth advisory services and insurance units
• Ron Zeltwanger – expanding role to oversee all retail banking services and personnel
• Larry Mayers – expanding role to oversee additional business banking units, including national solar financing program, SBA lending, retirement planning services and treasury services
