1st Source Bank has made four business banking promotions in Fort Wayne. Tim Rice (pictured) has been promoted to manager of business banking and Luke Squires, Cecile Weir (pictured) and Dave Voors have been named team leads. Rice has more than 25 years of experience in business banking and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from IPFW. Squires, team leader for small business, has 16 years of banking experience with 1st Source. He holds a degree in finance from Indiana-Purdue University Fort Wayne. Weir, team leader for commercial banking, has more than 17 years of banking experience. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Indiana-Purdue University Fort Wayne and her master’s degree in marketing and management from Indiana Tech. Voors, team leader for ag banking, has 12 years of banking experience. He holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics from Purdue University.
