1si to Host Jeffersonville Job Fair The event will take place at the America Place campus in Jeffersonville.

One Southern Indiana is hosting a two-day job fair beginning Wednesday in Jeffersonville featuring more than 60 employers. The FOCUS: Career and Job Fair will include companies from a variety of industries, including advanced manufacturing, healthcare and retail.

The event will be held at America Place, located at 350 Salem Road in Jeffersonville. It will run from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday and 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The job fair is free and open to the public.

"One Southern Indiana has prioritized talent and workforce development in response to comments our members have given on obstacles to economic growth and success," said 1si Chief Executive Officer Wendy Dant Chesser. "The FOCUS: Career and Job Fair is one of several ways 1si provides assistance to employers concerned about the regional labor shortage. "
