1816 Public Affairs Group LLC has promoted Michael O’Brien to president. He has served as executive vice president since 2016. Prior to that, O’Brien served as campaign manager for the Holcomb for Indiana Gubernatorial Campaign. He also served as legislative director for Governor Mitch Daniels.
